Overview:
When attempting to import a Submission package to Vault the automated response contains the following Informational comments and Warnings:
Informational:
- Application folder name does not match the Application record folder name.
- Submission folder name does not match the Submission record name.
Warnings:
- STF for study XXX123-123 references leaf id N912479d5dedd44809e827224e3fdbfcc that is not found in the submission.
Root Cause:
The STF XML references an index.xml within a folder that is different from the submission import folder name.
This issue's root cause is that the href of the stf doc content points to an index.xml under a different submission folder as expected.
Additionally, the submission folder created for the submission record was not matching the Submission records' name as shown in the Import details' Informational segment of the Import Success Email.
Because of the above 2 reasons, the system could not locate the referenced stf documents based on the href in the stf xml.
Solution:
Make sure, that your STF files references and Submission Import file structure and naming matches the record information of the Vault you are attempting your Import on.
