Answer:
The Dynamic ordering feature fixes the order of documents in each section/subsection placed out of order due to out-of-order imports. The order of sections in the Viewer is documented in the Related Documentation section of this article.
Correspondence document ordering in the Submissions Archive Viewer follows this rule: application/submission/alphanumeric. This means that correspondence docs that are linked to the Application level will be displayed first, then the ones based on the linked submission sequence/actual submission date, then based on alphanumeric order.
