How to Activate or Deactivate a User in RTSM?
Answer:
Notes:
- A user can only be activated if the site they are affiliated with is activated
- Must be logged in as Clinical Project Manager user role
- Some user roles will not be able to be activated or deactivated by the Clinical Project Manager due to the access level of the Clinical Project Manager user role
- Please contact the Help Desk for additional assistance in activating or deactivating a user: helpdesk@rtsm.veeva.com
To Activate a user:
- Navigate to the User page.
- Click on the Task Menu button for a specific user.
- The Task Menu opens for the User. Click on Activate User.
- The final form opens to Confirm activation.
To Deactivate a User:
- Log in as a Clinical Project Manager user. Navigate to the Users page.
- Click on the Task Menu (3 dots) for the user to be deactivated.
- The Task Menu for the user opens. Select Deactivate User.
- A confirmation step opens to deactivate the user. Click Confirm to deactivate.
