How to create a Return Shipment in RTSM?

Answer:

Note: Only Site Monitor and Distribution Manager users are authorized to create return shipments. 

1. Log in as a Site Monitor or Distribution Manager.
2. On the Kits page, select the Create Return Shipment button above the Kits list.
   
   
   
   
3. From the menu that appears, select the Site you are returning Kits from, and the Depot or Warehouse the return shipment should be sent to. If you have a tracking number, enter that as well.
4. Next, select the Kits you want to return by selecting the checkbox next to the Kit number in the populated Kit list.
5. You can also filter by Kit status using the Select by the Status dropdown and choosing the Select button.
6. Select the Create Shipment button once you have added the required information and Kits.
