How to Add a User in RTSM?
Answer:
Note: These steps do not activate the user. Follow the How to Activate a User in RTSM guide.
- Log in as a Clinical Project Manager or Site Monitor user.
- Navigate to the Users page.
- Click the Add New User button.
Note: Site Monitors can only create users at their assigned Site.
- Complete all of the required fields including the Site Access.
Note: Users can be Single Site, Multiple Site, All in Country or All sites. Single Site and Multiple Site users will have an assigned Site/Sites.
All in Country users will be assigned to all sites in the specified country and will automatically add the users to any new sites in that country.
All Sites users will have access to all sites, including any new sites added.
- Click the Save button.
Note: For core versions 1-4, the System User and at least one other role MUST be selected.
