Overview:
Vault Presentations that are in the Draft status are being moved into the Staged CLM environment.
Root Cause:
The default lifecycle for Vault Presentations does not contain a Staged state.
Solution:
The default lifecycle for Vault Presentations does not contain a Staged state. All Presentations in the Draft state in the associated lifecycle are sent to the associated Staged CLM environment when synchronized with Vault. Vault determines the environment to which it sends the content based on the document lifecycle state:
