A user creates an unclassified document, but only the Vault Owner can share it.

Why is the Share Inbox button not available for other roles in the Document Inbox?

Answer:

The display of the Share Inbox button is dependent on the Edit Sharing Settings permission in the Unclassified Lifecycle. Follow these steps:

1. An Admin should navigate to :Admin --> Configuration --> Document Lifecycles --> Unclassified --> States --> Unclassified --> Security Settings.
2. Configure Edit Sharing Settings permission for other roles.
