Overview:
The Send to CLM action is added as a User Action for Lifecycle states in the Binder Lifecycle. However, when selecting the action gear for a Multichannel Presentation binder, the action does not appear in the list. Why is this action not visible from this menu?
Root Cause:
As CRM publishing occurs at a slide level, the Send to CLM action may not be performed manually on a binder. Even if the user action is added to a Lifecycle state, this option does not appear in the menu.
Solution:
It is recommended to use the CRM Publishing tab to sync the documents all at once in Vault. Or, perform a Full Refresh in CRM.
