How to Reprocess Remote Meeting Attendee Data Safely Using the Veeva CRM Engage Attendance Tracking Functionality?
Reprocessing the Remote Meeting and Remote Meeting Attendee data is completely safe, it does not result in losing data. However, it is not recommended to perform these steps as a standard business process.
The reason for reprocessing Remote Meeting and Remote Meeting Attendee data is to resolve potential data-related issues, and it is part of troubleshooting when it comes to Engage Attendance Tracking (configuration) issues as well.
The steps are as follows, data loading may be used in order to mass edit Remote Meeting records:
- On the Remote_Meeting_vod__c record(s), set the value of the Attendance_Report_Process_Status_vod__c to Retry_vod
- Navigate to the Veeva Process Scheduler tab, and run the Engage Reporting Processes job.
In the event, that large amounts of data are reprocessed, the duration of the job is not expected to be high.
