Question:
How to perform a complete maintenance refresh of Multichannel CLM/Approved Email/Engage Content in Veeva CRM / Veeva Vault?
The Multichannel Integration tabs include:
- CLM Administration
- Approved Email Administration
- Engage Metadata Administration
- CRM Vault Metadata Sync
Answer:
- Be sure to clear the Veeva Cache.
- Access the relevant Multichannel Console tab from the All tabs + icon
- Click on Validate Credentials of the CRM Integration user and Vault Connection user. Be sure that the credentials are valid for each user.
- In the Vault Connection section of each Vault instance, click on View Map --> Compare Vault to CRM. Be sure to perform this step.
- Go back to the main tab and perform Force Full Refresh.
These steps can be performed in each tab of:
- CLM Administration
- Approved Email Administration
- Engage Metadata Administration
- CRM Vault Metadata Sync
It is recommended to fix any errors encountered after a Force Full Refresh. After a successful Force Full Refresh, it is necessary to run a Database Refresh on CRM for iPad/CRM for Windows/CRM for iPhone to ensure the offline configuration is refreshed.
