Does the Veeva CRM CLM Share Functionality in the Engage Meeting Host Application require CLM (CLM Content = Yes) or Engage Integration (Engage Content = Yes) setup in Veeva Vault?
Answer:
CLM Content uses the following objects in Veeva CRM:
- Multichannel Presentation
- Key Message
- CLM Presentation Slide
This is also true for the content to be shared in the Engage Meeting Host Application.
For this reason, Sharing Engage Meeting CLM Content only requires the CLM Content field to be set to Yes on Presentations and Slides in Vault. The related Document Lifecycle Entry or User Actions also have to be set up for only slides in Vault.
The Engage Content field and its related Document Lifecycle Entry or User Action setup are not required for the content to be shown in the Engage Meeting Host Application. They are needed for Cobrowse and Engage For Portals related content which is different. These types of content use Multichannel Content and Multichannel Content Asset objects in CRM.
