How to hide the Download CSV Excel button under the My Account Homepage in CRM Online? 

Answer:

This function could be disabled in Veeva Setting. 

1. Go to Setup.
2. Find Custom Setting in the quick search bar.
3. Click the Manage button in front of Veeva Setting.
4. Click the Edit button.
5. Find and enable (check) Disable Account Download CSV Excel.
6. Save.
