How to perform a complete maintenance refresh of Multichannel CLM/Approved Email/Engage Content in Veeva CRM / Veeva Vault?

The Multichannel Integration tabs include:

• CLM Administration
• Approved Email Administration
• Engage Metadata Administration
• CRM Vault Metadata Sync

Answer:

1. Be sure to clear the Veeva Cache.
2. Access the relevant Multichannel Console tab from the All tabs + icon
3. Click on Validate Credentials of the CRM Integration user and Vault Connection user. Be sure that the credentials are valid for each user.
4. In the Vault Connection section of each Vault instance, click on View Map --> Compare Vault to CRM. Be sure to perform this step.
5. Go back to the main tab and perform Force Full Refresh.

 These steps can be performed in each tab of:

• CLM Administration
• Approved Email Administration
• Engage Metadata Administration
• CRM Vault Metadata Sync

It is recommended to fix any errors encountered after a Force Full Refresh. After a successful Force Full Refresh, it is necessary to run a Database Refresh on CRM for iPad/CRM for Windows/CRM for iPhone to ensure the offline configuration is refreshed.
