Question:
How to start a multi-document workflow from the Cart in PromoMats and Medical?
Answer:
Note: This option is only available for Multi-document workflows. If the Pharma Company doesn't have a multi-document configured for the state of the documents selected the user will receive an error message.
- Access the Cart icon from the top right corner of Vault.
- Click on the All Actions menu and then Start Document Workflow.
Note: the option is also available under the process of Perform Bulk Action.
- Select the affected workflow from the drop-down menu and click Continue.
- Complete required fields and/or select the tasks needed -if optional-.
- Click Start.
