The user is able to receive the Notification Email when the Checklist is created through User Action, however, the user cannot receive the notification email when the Checklist is created through Entry Action, why?
Answer:
This is working as expected.
When creating a checklist through a User Action, Vault sends the notification email to the user who performed the action.
When creating a checklist from an Entry Action, Vault sends the notification to the user who performed the state change. In this case, the state change was performed by System, as such, the user cannot receive the notification.
