Question:
Some Event Management Template not sync to CRM by Approved Document sync from Vault.
There is no error on Approved Email Admin page.
Answer:
One possible reason is that Vault Presentation WHERE Clause using the field crm_product__v to filter.
The vault do not use crm_product__v at all. crm_product__v is a different field than product__v.
product__v should be used for product filter.
Correct where clause: product__v = 'UP'
