Question:
Three buttons are available online in Classic mode on the Cycle Plan Target record page:
- Apply List - Cycle_Plan_Apply_List_vod
- New Target - Cycle_Plan_New_Target_vod
- Schedule Calls - Cycle_Plan_Schedule_Calls_vod
In Lightning mode, these buttons are not appearing on the record page layout.
Answer:
The Cycle Plan Target record page was never intended to be used directly. The buttons are placed there for configuration purposes (to enable them on the Cycle Plan page) and should not be removed.
Use the buttons from the Cycle Plan record page instead, where they are located at the Cycle Plan Target related list. This approach is recommended for both Classic and Lightning modes.
