Question:

Why does the RIM Submissions Archive Dossier Details File Count show more files than the Submission in Vault?

Answer:

The Dossier Details File Count reflects all the documents in the Submissions Archive, including the correspondence documents.  However, the file count for submitting to the Health Authority does not include the correspondence documents.  This file count is displayed on the Gateway Confirmation Dialog after submission to the Health Authority.
