Overview:
The iRep downloaded more records than those that match the Territory criteria in the VMobile Object Configuration (VMOC) where clause.
Root Cause:
There are some sub-Territories under the specified Territory in the VMOC where clause. When calculating the downloaded number of records, the program expands the list to include all the sub-Territories. All the relevant Territories are required to be taken into account.
Solution:
When calculating the number of downloaded records, all the relevant Territories and sub-Territories are counted.
