Overview:

The NEW_ACCOUNT_TYPES_DISABLE_LICENSE_INFO Veeva Message is not hiding License Information in the New Account Wizard in Veeva CRM in a Data Change Request (DCR)-enabled org.



The Veeva Message text contains the correct Record Type Label.

Root Cause:

The License Information section appears in the Account Wizards in DCR orgs under the following conditions:

If license fields License_vod and License_Expiration_Date_vod are defined as either DCR or DCR_Required, and DCR Mode = 1 or 2, the License Information section is displayed in the New Account Wizard.

Solution:

This is the expected behavior under these conditions.
