Question:
When creating an Account List, the address field is left blank if there is no preferred or primary Address noted. Without indicating a primary or preferred address, is there a way to allow the display of all active Addresses for the Account when creating a List?
Answer:
This is working as designed.
Lists display information based off of the Territory Field object (TSF_vod). If there is no TSF_vod record, then there is nothing to display.
