How to Review and Verify a Kit Return in RTSM?

Answer:

Note: Only Site Monitor users are authorized to review and verify kit returns.

1. Log in as a Site Monitor user. On the Kits page, filter by the Site where the Returned Kit is located and by a Status of Returned.
2. Select the Task Menu icon (3 dots) and select Verify Return.
   
   
   
   
3. From the popup menu that appears, review the information related to the Kit and be sure the details are correct.
4. Optionally, check the box next to the option Click here to add a comment to leave a note regarding the verification you are performing.
5. Select Verify to complete the verification process and update the Kit status to Verified.
