Question:
How to Embed Fonts When Using Non-Standard or Custom Fonts in Vault?
Answer:
The Non-Standard, Unique, or Custom Fonts of the Source File Changes in the Viewable Rendition in Vault. All non-standard fonts must be embedded into the Source File for Vault to display them correctly in the Viewable Rendition.
The Content Creator must embed the fonts that are not supported by Vault in the Microsoft Office file or PDF and the images should be inserted and not pasted. This allows the Vault rendering engine to generate a Viewable Rendition that matches the Source document.
