Answer:

Vault creates a new General Release approximately every 4 months. View the release types and schedule in the Vault Help Documentation.

While logged into Vault, click the drop-down menu by the username in the upper-right corner and select Help. Select Release Notes to be taken to the Release Notes Help site.
