How to set up multiple Push Notification test Users in Veeva CRM?
Answer:
In order to set up multiple test users, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to the Push Notification Test User field located in the Mobile CRM Settings page.
- Enter the usernames separated by a double semicolon.
Example:
testuser1@myorg.com;;testuser2@myorg.com;;testuser3@myorg.com
- Be sure to clear the Veeva Cache online.
- Be sure to run Database Refresh in the Offline CRM Application.
In the event the total number of characters of the test users exceeds 255, the following steps need to be performed:
- Populate the Push Notification Test User field with the following value:
Push_Notification_Test_User;;Common
- Create a new Veeva Message to include the following:
- The value of the Type field is Custom Setting
- The value of the Category field is Common
- The value of the Language field is en_US
- The value of the Message Name field is Push_Notification_Test_User
- The value of the Active checkbox field is TRUE
- The External ID field is populated with a unique respective value
- Be sure that the end-user and the admin user have record access to this Veeva Message.
- Populate the Text field with the usernames separated by a double semi-colon.
- Be sure to clear the Veeva Cache online.
- Be sure to run Database Refresh in the Offline CRM Application.

Note: Currently, Profile and User Location-specific Mobile CRM Setting records are not supported.
