Overview:
In an event, iOS Push Notifications are configured in Veeva CRM. The following prompt should popup upon syncing with the Offline CRM Application for the first time.
By tapping the Allow button, Push Notifications get enabled for the Veeva CRM Application.
However, when a user taps on Don't Allow, the prompt is not shown later.
Enabling or Allowing Push Notifications on the Offline CRM Application is required for the iOS Push Notifications functionality to work.
How can iOS Push Notifications be enabled manually in iPad or iPhone devices?
Answer:
There are two ways to enable Push Notifications on iPad:
First Method:
- Click the Settings icon.
- Click on Notifications.
- Scroll to the Veeva CRM Application.
- Click on it and Allow Notifications by swiping it.
Second Method:
- Click the Settings icon.
- Scroll down to the bottom and find the Veeva CRM Application.
- Click on Notifications.
- Allow Notifications, by swiping it.
