Overview:

Error: INVALID_FIELD:Foreign key external ID: {18-Digit Network ID} not found for field Network_External_Id__c in entity Account: - Network-CRM Bridge

Root Cause:

This error is caused by a Health Care Organization (HCO) that has merged into another HCO and both are or were Parent HCOs to a Health Care Provider (HCP) or another HCO. The HCO that was merged into another HCO has a record state of MERGED_INTO but was exported from Network due to the Bridge Target Subscription being set as a Full Data Extract and not a Delta Data Extract.

Solution:

To avoid this error in Network-CRM Bridge jobs, be sure that the Target Subscription for the Network-CRM Bridge is set as a Delta Data Extract. This exports only records that are changed since the previous job.
