Answer:

• Windows

1. In Word, click the File tab and click Save As.
2. Select PDF from the Save as type drop-down list.
3. Under Options, be sure that the option Create bookmarks using: Headings is checked. 
4. Click Save.
   
   

• Mac OS

1. In Word, click the File tab and click Save As.
2. Select PDF from the File Format drop-down list.
3. Be sure that the option Best for electronic distribution and accessibility(uses Microsoft online service) is checked.    
4. Click Export.
