Overview:
A user finds that the Primary Parent lookup on New Account Wizard does not return information even though the user has business accounts assigned to the territory.
Root Cause:
No addresses are added to the business accounts. Without an address, the Parent Account Wizard does not return information for the business account.
Solution:
Populate the exact addresses to the business accounts.
