Question:
A user opens Stakeholder Navigator to view the visualization of the general structure and relationship between accounts. How are the Address fields displayed on the Accounts?
Answer:
- Addresses are displayed only for Accounts that are in the user's Territory, they are not displayed for Out-of-Territory Accounts. (Out-of-Territory Accounts are displayed online by default. On iPad they are displayed only if Child Accounts are downloaded for the user.)
- SN_ACCOUNT_FIELDS_OVERRIDE Veeva Setting points to the ACCOUNT_FIELDS_OVERRIDE;;STAKEHOLDER_NAVIGATOR Veeva Message.
- ACCOUNT_FIELDS_OVERRIDE;;STAKEHOLDER_NAVIGATOR Veeva message is populated with up to ten fields from the Account or Address_vod objects.
- User has read FLS to the fields in ACCOUNTS_FIELD_OVERRIDE Veeva Message.
- Supported field types:
- Text
- Checkbox
- Date
- Date/Time
- Number
- Formula
- Picklist
- Multi-Picklist
- Lookup
- Percent
- Phone
- URL
- Veeva CRM determines which address to show for an account by looking at the following (in priority order):
- The TSF Preferred Address (TSF_vod.Address_vod) for the user's territory
- The primary address of the account
- The most-recently updated address for the account (Browser), or the address with the highest address ID (iPad)
