Question:
Why are users unable to see the same Call Objective records in iPad that are Online? For example, the Record Type selector at the top of the screen in iPad does not match the available Record Types Online. Another example is that the user sees completed Call Objectives Online but not in iPad.
Answer:
Offline the Record Type selector only shows Record Types that are available to the user Offline. Recurring Call Objectives can be excluded as are completed Call Objectives. The logic is as follows:
- If a Call Objective is marked as complete Offline, it is not displayed.
- If a Call Objective is recurring and the Parent Objective field is not null, it is not displayed.
Users should only expect to see Call Objectives that are not flagged as completed, are not recurring, or are the parent Call Objective of recurring Call Objectives offline.
