Question:
CRM Managed Accounts do not appear in Network Account Search (NAS) for an end-user in the Outside Territory section.
Answer:
This is working as designed. CRM Managed Accounts only appear in NAS if they are already in the user's Territory. However, if an Account comes from Network (i.e. not CRM managed), it can appear as an Outside Territory Account in the results.
