CRM Managed Accounts ("grey" accounts) do not appear in Network Account Search (NAS) for an end-user in the Outside Territory section.
Answer:
This is working as designed.
- CRM Managed (Locally managed) Accounts not in user's Territory will not be displayed in Network Account Search results.
- CRM Managed (Locally managed) Accounts in user's Territory will be displayed as Orange with a View Account button (rather than Add Account).
- However, Network Managed Accounts added to Org and in user's territory will be displayed as Orange, and outside Territory will be displayed as gray.
