How to auto-approve or auto-reject any Feedback Challenge Types with Feedback Approval Rules in a Modelling Project in Veeva Align?
Answer:
The following list contains all of the available Challenge types possible within the scope of the Veeva Align Targeting/Territory Feedback functionality:
- Add Account
- Add Target
- Edit Goal
- Keep Account
- Remove Account
- Remove Target
It is possible to auto-approve or auto-reject all of these challenge types using the Account Name is not null or Account CRM Record ID is not null Approval Rule criterion. The decision as to which to use is optional.
The following screenshots represent two examples. There are several combinations possible.
Note: The Automated Feedback Handling Global Align Setting must be set to Yes.
