What is the Logic of Displaying Multiple Address and Product Metrics Records in the Veeva Align Territory Feedback Tab?
The following information indicates the logic used when displaying multiple address and product metric records in the Veeva Align Territory Feedback tab.
When the Account record has more than one Address record, the Feedback Account List tab currently displays the Primary Address record in the Account list as long as it has the Primary field is enabled. If the Primary field is not enabled, the Feedback Account List tab displays the first returned Address record of the Account record.
The Account Specific screen is referred to as the Account Card. Its functionality currently displays all active Address records of the Account record. This is in case the preferred or most useful Address record of the end-user (Sales Rep) differs from the Primary Address record.
It is recommended to keep the Address data clean to avoid unexpected scenarios.
When there is more than one Product Metric record for the same Account and Product combination, there is no specific filter logic enforced. The Feedback Account List tab displays the first returned record.
It is recommended to keep the Product Metric data clean. If necessary, remove duplicate Product Metric records to avoid unexpected scenarios.
- Be sure to run Recalculate Territory Data to refresh the tabs and the data. The lack of running Recalculate Territory Data may cause discrepancies and unexpected data display.
- This logic is applied to both Feedback modes in online and offline platforms.
