How an Empty Binder Can Be Synced From Veeva Vault to Veeva CRM?
Answer:
Empty Binders will not get synced to Veeva CRM.
The Binder has to contain at least one Multichannel Slide with content to be synced by the Integration. If none of the Slides has content (or there are only Placeholders) it will not be synced to CRM.
If the Binder and the Slide(s) are already synced to CRM but later the content is removed from the Slide(s) in Vault, the content will have the status of Expired in CRM.
