In case the Record Type of the Multichannel_Activity_Line_vod record is CLM_vod, it means that it is created by using the CLM Save for Later feature. Duration Tracking for CLM has no limit for the Duration_vod field. There is a 5-minute limit that is only applied for Engage for Portals.
