A Customer enables the Anonymous Tracking (Enter 1 for the CLM_OPT_OUT_BEHAVIOR_vod Multichannel Setting).
This is working when the user creates a Call with media and an Account with CLM-Opt-out. The Multi-Channel Activity does not associate it with the Call.
When the user saves a CLM Call as Save for Later and later it associates the same Account with CLM opt-out, the Multi-Channel Activity record is associated with the Call.
This is an expected behavior. Save for Later does not currently support anonymous tracking. This is not in scope when Veeva built the first version of this feature.
Customers can submit a CRM Product Suggestion by accessing Veeva Connect.
