Question:
Is the creation of a new Survey Target an expected behaviour when a recurring Survey Target response is updated? For the old recurring target, all other old responses are not visible on the iPad or Online, however the old responses can be viewed in the reports.
Answer:
This behavior is working as designed. One-time Surveys can be completed only once per account or user. Recurring Surveys display an Update Responses button upon viewing a submitted Survey Target. The user can create a new Survey Target record by clicking this button.
