Why does the pencil button not appear on the Ratings and Evaluations section of an Account in CRM online?
Answer:
One reason for this issue is that the Disable Edit Account Metrics Tab is enabled (checked) in Veeva Settings.
If this is set to True, Reps cannot edit the Product Group tabs in the Account Ratings and Evaluations section. This is disabled by default.
