Why Is the Parent_Address_vod__c Field cleared on some submitted Calls?
Answer:
This is expected behavior.
The Parent_Address_vod__c field is a lookup to the Address object and is cleared on Calls when the user loses access to the Address or the Address is deleted.
The Address information is copied to the Parent_Address_Id_vod__c text field to keep the Address information that is entered at the time the Call is recorded.
