Which Key Messages appear in the Key Messages section (zvod_Key_Messages_vod) after choosing a Detail Product when creating a call in CRM Online?
Answer:
Only those Key Messages that are not considered as Media Key Messages appear in the Online Call Reporting.
The Key Messages associated with the selected Detail Product only appear in case the value of the CLM_ID_vod__c field and the Media_File_Name_vod__c field is null.
