What is the logic of importing Footprint, Footprint Geography, Footprint Territories and Global Account Exclusion records into a Veeva Align Modeling Project?
Answer:
In the event, an end user imports territories into a Modeling Project only those Footprints, Footprint Geographies and Territory Footprints - which are associated with those Territories - are imported into the Modeling Project. The Modeling counterparts of these records will be created.
This speeds up the creation of the Modeling Project and reduces the chances of accidentally overwriting a Production Footprint and its related data when the end-user publishes the Project.
Note: All Global Account Exclusion records are imported.
