Overview:
Why Channel and Product Activity Goals are empty in the Future Territory Alignments Tab in Veeva Align?
Root Cause:
The issue in the case of this screenshot is caused by the fact that there is no MC Cycle Plan Product record existing in Align, between the Augmentin Detail MC Cycle Product and ZV Feedback Dataloader Channel Label 1 MC Cycle Plan Channel. (MC Cycle Channel).
This is working as designed and the same behavior is applied to MC Cycle Plan Channels. (MC Cycle + MC Cycle Plan Target).
Solution:
To resolve the issue either:
- In Align, create the relevant MC Cycle Plan Product and/or MC Cycle Plan Channel records and run Recalculate Territory Data on the Modeling Field Force, or,
- The end-user may increase the Channel / Product Activity goal on the affected MC Cycle Plan Channel (MC Cycle Channel) / MC Cycle Plan Product in the Future Territory Alignments Tab.
Notes:
- In the event, that the MC Cycle Plan Channel / MC Cycle Plan Product exists and the Feedback Activity Goal field is either 0 or null, then the current value of the Channel / Product Activity goal will appear.
