Why are the MCCP Channel Last Activity Date fields not populated by the MCCP Integration Job in Veeva CRM?
Answer:
This is working as designed. There are three fields related to this feature and only the Channel Last Activity Datetime will be populated.
The Date fields - zvod_Last_Activity_Date_vod__c and Channel Last Activity Date - will not be populated by the MCCP Integration job. They serve the technical purpose of displaying the Channel and/or Product-related last activities in CRM For iRep and CRM For Windows.
Their visibility offline is controlled by the Field Level Permission - The End User needs read Permission to the fields - and also their presence on the Relevant MC Cycle Plan Channel and/or MC Cycle Plan Product Page layouts.
The MCCP CRM Integration user needs edit Permission for all of these fields.
