Overview:
Channel Interactions Earned is not calculated properly in Multichannel Cycle Plan Targets in CRM
Root Cause:
The Channel Activity Goal on relevant MC_Cycle_Plan_Channel_vod__c is not defined.
Solution:
Define a Channel Activity Goal on relevant MC_Cycle_Plan_Channel_vod__c and run the calculation again.
