What are the Most Common Misconfiguration Scenarios Among Details/Detail Topics, Detail Groups, and Product Groups in Veeva CRM?
Answer:
In order to connect a Detail/Detail Topic Product with a Detail Group, a Product Group record needs to be created. The Detail/Detail Topic and Detail Group must be in the end user's My Setup.
- Using a Detail Group as a Parent Product for any type of Product is considered a misconfiguration
- Not having record access to the Detail/Detail Topic, Detail Group and Product Group is also an invalid configuration
- For offline usage, the Product Group, Product Catalog VMobile Object Configuration records should be activated
