In the event, that the following fields are populated on the related CLM Presentation, Presentation Slide, and Key Message records in CRM, the CLM content is managed in Vault:
- Vault_DNS_vod__c
- Vault_Doc_Id_vod__c
- Vault_External_Id_vod__c
- VExternal_Id_vod__c
- Vault_Last_Modified_Date_Time_vod__c
- Vault_GUID_vod__c
In the event these fields are not populated, the CLM content is legacy managed.
Legacy content management refers to uploading CLM via FTP, or directly into Veeva CRM.
