Question:
Why is the Data Change Request(DCR) page appearing for the Child Account object, even though it's not a DCR record type? When editing the Account record, CRM is respecting that it's not a DCR Record Type, and thus, it switches to the standard page instead of opening the DCR. When editing the Child Account record, then the Edit_Child_Account_DCR_vod page is loading, however, upon creating a new Child Account record, first, CRM starts to load the standard page, but subsequently switches to the New_Child_Account_DCR_vod page:

This is working as designed. On the Child Account creation page, we use the combination of the Child Account and the Parent Account to determine whether or not DCRs are actually needed. For this reason, we always need to direct the user to the DCR version of the page first.
