What does late submission mean for Survey Targets in CRM Online and how can it occur?
Answer:
If the User submits a Survey Target record after the Survey's end date, the Survey Target's status will be Late_Submission_vod. There are a few situations where this could occur:
- User opens a Survey before the end date and submits it after, without leaving the screen
- If an Admin unlocks a Survey Target record, edits it, and resubmits it after the survey's end date
- If an Admin unlocks the Survey, changes the end date, and offline users complete the Survey before syncing down the Survey's new end date
