Answer:
The user cannot change the display order on the iPad. However, the call channel display order can be changed online by using the following steps:
- Navigate to Setup --> Build --> Picklist Value Sets --> Channels.
- Click the Reorder button on the Values section.
- Change the picklist value display order.
- Click the Save button.
