How to Change the Call Channel Value Display Order of a CRM Call Record?

Question:

The picklist values display when selecting a call channel value for a call record. How can an admin user change the call channel picklist value display order?

Answer:

The user cannot change the display order on the iPad. However, the call channel display order can be changed online by using the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Setup --> Build --> Picklist Value Sets --> Channels.
  2. Click the Reorder button on the Values section.

  3. Change the picklist value display order.
  4. Click the Save button.
