Answer:

The user cannot change the display order on the iPad. However, the call channel display order can be changed online by using the following steps:

1. Navigate to Setup --> Build --> Picklist Value Sets --> Channels.
2. Click the Reorder button on the Values section.
   
   
   
   
3. Change the picklist value display order.
4. Click the Save button.
